I’m a designer, a documenter, and a builder of experiences. My work moves between worlds; from street corners to mountain trails, from sketches on paper to installations in real space. I make things that bring people together, tell stories, and hopefully leave something behind.
I started wandering at sixteen, backpack slung across my shoulders, hungry eyes eager to discover a world beyond the ghetto streets of Stirling Road infamous rental flats.
With every step into foreign lands, I saw beauty and hardship intertwined, quickly realizing the world was deeply human aching for more kindness. My heart found its purpose in that duality: to give back, to connect, to bring together souls scattered by geography and circumstance.
Mountains became my mentors. To date I have summited 14 peaks. Each peak taught me lessons no classroom ever could. Summits showed me that perspective shifts profoundly with every climb, teaching me patience, resilience, and humility.
I carry these lessons into every project, every design, every story I craft. Founding Aliwal Chess Club became my way of threading together disparate paths, using chess not merely as a game, but as a language that transcends barriers. Now I intend to develop the same for HikeForFan. My work remains deeply personal, each creation rooted in the belief that meaningful connections and authentic experiences can inspire change.
Today, I continue to climb mountains & ideas, guided by a simple truth beautifully captured by Christopher McCandless; “Happiness is only real when shared.”
